Three story playhouse is in good condition but not complete..as is..fridge opens and closes, bookcase pulls down to a bed, has a spinning dance floor and a record player that moves side to side and picture frame that will spin around..third floor or top tier will collapse and expand to reveal picture frames..will be shipping with top tier disassembled but you can easily snap back into place..last photo is for reference only
