No pre-drilled holes. Drilling is required to accommodate your Tour Pak and to allow adjustments for fitting the base with your lid. **Overall size: 24.5″ (W) x 19.5″ (L) x 4″ (H) All kits are sold as unfinished products. Prep-work (sanding, cutting, filling, body work, and primer) and painting are required for the best finished look. Items come in gray primer. Professional shop with body kit installation experience recommended.
