Comes with original packaging, stickers, shades, etc. Cosmetic Note: There is some "yellowing" and slight paint thinning observed after cleaning. The visible wire in the picture does NOT affect functionality; it serves as reinforcement OVER the actual "conductor"/hardware wiring.
